Rental Application

We would like to take this opportunity to explain our rental procedures and to offer you an application to rent.  Once you print the application, fill it out completely and accurately and return it by mail to the address below.  Please enclose the application fee of $25 for one adult or $50 for two adults.  Once we receive your application, it will be evaluated by our property management staff.

The processing period requires approximately 3 days.  Upon being notified that your application has been approved, you will be asked to pay the security deposit.  Prior to moving in, you will be required to sign our rental agreement and to pay the first month's rent in full.  Your second month's rent will be prorated if you do not move in the first day of the month and is due the first day of the month following your move in.

Among our requirements to approve your application are the following:

  • Your income must meet certain minimum requirements and the source of that income must be verifiable.

  • You have not been evicted.

  • You have a good previous rental history.

  • You have adequate and verifiable credit history.

  • You have provided a complete and accurate application.

 

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
  • Rental Contract:  All tenancies are by month-to-month agreement.  No other lease arrangements are available. 
  • Occupancy Rates:  Each of our apartments may be occupied by no more than two adults and no more than a total of three people in the studio and one-bedroom apartments and five people in the two-bedroom apartments.
  • Utilities:  The property owner pays for water and trash.
  • Appliances:  Each of our apartment kitchens comes furnished with all electric appliances to include; stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher.
  • Pets:   We have a strict no pets policy.  Pets are not allowed in the apartments or on the property.
  • Parking:   There is one covered carport marked and reserved for each apartment.
